Chapter 16 is my favorite. The authors talk about a quote from Brené Brown that says, “All I know is that my life is better when I assume that people are doing their best. It keeps me out of judgement and lets me focus on what is, and not what should or could be.” Then the authors give examples of very real friendships struggles that many people have gone through and need to grieve.
