This is a significant update that provides ample scientific data to support a new way of talking about and understanding the feldenkrais method and the importance of it's applications to everyday life. The book provides a practical application of the science behind the method and a new vocabulary for discussing it. It also points out that if there is no word for a concept, the idea inevitably remains illusive.
