I was excited to get to this one. I love a hockey romance! But the writing feels very jarring. So far I’m not gelling with this book. 😭
Also, the way chapter 2 started, the MMC was just randomly thinking about his ex from years ago? Nothing happened to spark those thoughts. Why did he come with her bro to pick her up from the airport? And her not recognising him? Huhh idk, weird
