So far, fewer truly brilliant moments like “if on a winter’s night” but more thematically consistent…hmm.
Certainly a treatise on the convolution of symbolism in memory (and perhaps the beauty in its confusion, uncertainty, spontaneity, providing an avenue to openness in interpretation - see p 32-33) and how this complicates the derivation of “true meaning…” (and whether that derivation is meaningful!)
