HE BOUGHT A HOUSE ACROSS THE LAKE FROM DAISY TO BE NEAR HER! and it seems daisy never wanted to marry tom, but settled and he’s been seeing other women :/ and i think gatsby’s parents died and went to oxford i don’t remember what it said. but he throws parties in hopes to see daisy

so tom is an asshole..got it. he’s married to daisy, but he’s having an affair with a woman who’s also married, and i think daisy knows?? i don’t remember. but the man himself mr gatsby is very mysterious at his own parties. nobody truly knows him, but everyone sees him like beyonce. and nick is just there getting peoples tea
