While the book does have some rather repetitive content, I really appreciate the lighthearted and practical structure and tips given by the author.

Okay, so as I’m reading this I’m getting some tips on how to journal and check in with myself. Sometimes it’s difficult to relate to some of these self help books because they are so extreme. The authors have really been through something and I often feel like I haven’t gone through enough for it to count.
