DNF! I managed to get to chapter 12, but this is not for me. Everything is pretty much wrong with it. I’m sure I agree with any and all of the 1 and 2 stars reviews, and had I finished the book I’m certain I’d have have disliked enough for a one star rating. As it is, I can’t get into the weirdly simplistic style. Even the narration is jarring, and the narrator is one of my favourites.
