The part of Harry witnessing his parents’ deaths is horrific, traumatizing. Scorpius is a dork. Overall, this was a fanfiction. However, I enjoyed it. Again, many details passed over my head as these lines were a play script, not a novel.

What an entrance and exit. I realize this is a play, but Delphi may not be THAT powerful against learned and talented wizards. “I never fought alone, you see. And I never will.” “I only wanted to know my father.” When did Voldemort and Bellatrix have time…?! What sucks about this screenplay is that I must spend hundreds of dollars to see the fully fleshed story. These are the bones and my feelings.

How does Scorpius know all of these random facts and knick knacks about the wizarding world? History trivia? He’ll be the next Minister of Magic. We see Draco and Scorpius’ relationship healing, Harry and Albus’ relationship healing. What Ginny said about Harry loving Albus in a specific way is profound. It’s what Delphi is looking for too.

All of these wholesome little snippets are great - where profound things are said. Thinking back, I’m upset that Snape was brought back just to die again. Did going back thrice have consequences? We will see…

This does feel like fan fiction … going back in time and seeing characters alive or dead or how their world has shaped them is a common trope. But it is fun to experience. Draco loves his son, Snape is back, and Ron and Hermione were always meant to be.

I am warmed by how everyone is grown up, how Ron is with Lilly, and sweet Scorpius.
