Ha! The professor just advised Johnny to NOT return the book he stole from the church with the cursed blue figurine in it because ‘the reverend would be mad.’ Instead, he encouraged him to research if the figure was valuable so he could fence it 😂😂😂😂 I love classic Bellairs.
