This author absolutely DESPISES Randy Shilts and so far isn't doing much to address the structural and systemic reasons why scapegoats get created and blamed... he has 200 more pages to do that so I'm not judging too harshly yet. Don't get me wrong I am so mad at Randy Shilts too but PLEASE RICHARD!!! THE SYSTEMS!!! WE LIVE IN SYSTEMS!!!
