It’s already being very helpful and it has open my eyes to just how normalized it has become to be an adult who does not know how to regulate their own feelings who also expects their offsprings to regulate themselves easily. I have had a pretty hard time as a mom, not exceptionally but certainly its been a shock how intensely challenged I feel on a daily basis.
