Moving pretty quick. There isn't a lot in this that is new to me. Nice overview of different gear options and strategies. The interludes with little stories of lessons learned on the trail are what sets this book apart. It's not just "here's what you should do," it's "here's what happened when we didn't do this, so definitely take our advice and not carry 17 days of food / check the weather before you hike / etc.
