Listening to the audiobook. There are few strange pronunciations but nothing that will stop me from enjoying the book. I live in Vancouver and I've never heard "Burrard inlet" pronounced the way the narrator does. I'm only 5% into the book but I'm liking this much more than "The Housemaid" which is a similar genre but didn't work for me. The characters are much better developed and I'm excited to keep listening.
