Another new plot point. Shocking. This was my plane read and after 6 hours in the sky I barely made a dent. Is this my sign to DNF? There’s soooo much potential with the concept that is being missed!

Definitely not as good as the first book. Too much is going on I don’t even know what the plot line is? The concept had SO MUCH potential but we’ve veered off course and its like the author threw a bunch of soap opera tropes in there.
