IM FINE WITH KNOWING THEY KISSED THATS ALL THE INFORMATION I NEED! I DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW THEY KISSED IN DETAIL. IF I HAVE TO READ “his tongue slipped into my mouth exploring” ONE MORE TIME I THINK IM ACTUALLY GOING TO CRY IM FINE WITH “they kissed passionately” LIKE THATS ALL THE DETAIL I NEED OR “they kissed” THATS REALLY ALL!

It was the middle grade book by Lynn painter I forgot what it’s called
like a YA fantasy book I can get behind especially if they are like 20, but a cutesy YA romance with detailed kisses are odd, like I get the hand placement but their mouths are not doing anything that important. Tell me how the kiss made them feel emotionally bc a 4K detail of two minors kissing is odd.

RIGHT? I mean when I write all I do it maybe the way his hands played with her hair while they kissed or like "her lips were soft against mine". Literally I do NOT want more detail than that.
