I'm at the end of Chapter 11 for the 2nd or third time. I keep going backwards and starting over to make sure I don't miss anything while listening. My mind wanders in audible books sometimes. I'm really enjoying this, even the interpretation or opinions I don't necessarily agree with, because it makes me think and question and look further.

I love listening to this book because it grounds me. I can see myself reading this several times, because I've already reread some chapters. I like that I can set it aside and when I come back to it, it makes even more sense. Maybe I need space in-between chapters to think about it. I'm not sure, but it works so I'll probably continue that way.

I'm on chapter three in audio. Whoa. Charles Martin doesn't mince words. He makes me think and wonder - as well as makes me uncomfortable, but not in an unpleasant way for the most part. Oh sure, he punches your gut with the truth you might need to hear. All I keep saying is Wow. I have a feeling I won't forget the journey through this book anytime soon. I recommend listening to this one. Inflection is important.
