After some discussion, Brandon and I don't plan to implement this method of scheduling at least right now. We're trying some other methods to bring some order into life, and generally want to be more flexible than this method seems to me to be. Anyway - I won't reason through the appendix, and I will just skim the Q&A chapter, so I'm almost done.
