why is chapter 29, at 50 PERCENT OF THE BOOK, talking about rachel’s childhood experiences with weed and how she got into the business

halfway through the book and NOW is a good time to trace the historical origins of the book…. this pacing is AWFUL

the time jumps and endless cast of characters in this book are so confusing 😭

the prose is a bit funky on this book and i keep finding myself getting lost and having to rewind BUT i love the audiobook narration
