one thing about me is that i absolutely HATE open-ended endings. like no, i do NOT want to “interpret it my own way.” just tell me what the hell happened. i did not sit through 400 freaking pages of emotional damage or watch a 3-hour movie just to end up playing detective in the last 5 minutes like if i wanted to decide the ending myself i WOULDN'T HAVE WATCHED/READ IT in the first place. DPMO 😭
