This would serve better a short story, a POV of the sister on the outside sounds more entertaining with just small bits of heresay regarding what’s really going on in the station. Since inside the station we literally learn nothing and barely spend time there.

Couldn’t keep my attention and it just didn’t feel like the same writer? 2*

Plot kind of flew thru MC, she was just an observer and if I’m being honest the characters were boring who couldn’t be saved by a plot that lacked any of the whimsy of Lost in Time. We barely learn enough to even ask questions or be surprised by “twists”. I just wasn’t invested, I guess

Ultimatum is the leader gets to save his son (guy she slept with) and the company gets to stay in the station but no more killing of people in the outside world. Each get to live in peace. Rebel colonies all over the world and emissaries sent to each to broker peace, if they didn’t return they had to use force. World is still the same smh. They plan to update transport car to seek out survivors across the world

Insects are dangerous and they get stung then saved my rebel cell, (sister to be exact), they were heading by car to company HQ. Company has been letting ppl escape, stinging them then letting them infect rebel camps.

They go to company with goal to save the guy from gunshot (he wanted to escape but don’t have way until Mc), then everybody in the world

MC doesn’t know how long it’s been since she accepted the job, discovered she went int stasis.

Gunfight breaks out between guy she slept with (injured) and friend’s cousin (dead)

MC, friend and guy escape w submarine. They do the cliche bit “where are we going? Home.”

Antarctica Station is a ship that was supposed to take ppl in stasis to a time when the world was safe again

Friend framed her to get her to Antarctica because she wouldn’t survive the Event, we don’t know what it is yet but that it affected machines and company went to Antarctica to escape it. Friend is in extreme withdrawal. Story progresses slowly as they fight the elements and evade the company pursuing them using their magical transport for all necessities and evasion tactics

The only interactions are between her and a robotic transport car. For this whole time. Friend only just now is kind of waking up and they’re traveling to another station that may be on the water so boat escape? The car doesn’t have enough power to make it there. There haven’t been any questions answers and we know so little I don’t even have questions. Other than why is friend here

Friend who framed her came to help her escape? I think they went into stasis and he’s having drug detox cuz he was struggling to get up. They get in a car and through boring and convenience MC disables remote override of transport car.

They know about the FBI, tour guide Joe likes her. She’s working on stasis patients remotely, ppl able to stall metabolic functions like frogs

FBI tasks her w infiltration of company and to hand deliver info by March 1st. There’s another mole inside but they haven’t heard from him so either he turned or was killed. She leaves her apt to her sister
