I am absolutely fascinated by Gagne’s humanizing description of her struggle to experience emotion and feel “normal.” So far this is a great read that’s hard to put down because I’m soo rooting for her to find some sense of peace from the constant pressure to act out in order to feel relief.

This was an interesting, inspiring, and demystifying glimpse into how a sociopath’s mind works, what motivates them, and how they experience emotion. Since sociopaths make up around 1/25th of the population, I’d say this is well worth a read, especially if you have any interest in psychology!
