Apparently, I have had this book for as long as I've moved back into my birth city and primary school. That's like, idk 13 years??? And I have no recollection of ever reading this.
The poor boy in the book just wants his mum 😢 😭
"A whole 12 years of age" jehwbdjdnwke

Idk why I'm acc laughing so much when I'm reading this with silly voices and accents for the characters.
She took the portrait of his mum and said, "That's nice." I'm acc cooked. Then, he took his paper saying he can't read and says "that's nice," and then asked him what he wanted. HE CANT TALK WOMAN!!!
HAHA, I love just giggling over this.

That all being said, I hope you are well, I know we don't talk anymore, but I wouldn't think any less of you. You wouldn't even need to reply nor see this. Just hope you are well and that my duas reach you.

Some dude came to my car whilst I'm reading. A gentle tap on my window, it repeated consecutively until I had glanced over. An older gentleman with short rugged grey hairs and a stubble of beard as patchy as a leopard's print.
I lowered the window ever so slightly, allowing our gazes to meet another with an opened barrier. "Brother, do you speak punjabi or urdu?" - he whispered out softly in punjabi.
I replied earnestly. "Sorry brother, I only speak english." (I'm acc such a Coconut)
He gasped and replied, "I have low blood sugar and need £2 to get something to eat,"
I sincerely looked upon his dark, brown yet barren gaze, watching as his eyebrows sharp as a sponge 🧽 and returned. " I do apologise, my brother. I only have a card. "
My own inadequacy wasn't going to stop me from helping this man, so I had slid out of the car and told the man to follow me to the shops where I would buy him a meal.
He hunched over and followed
I asked his name and origin, and he said "inaudible Singh" and that he was from India, where I had been open and replied no ways. "Some of my favourite people are from india,"
After 3 or 4 more steps, he stopped in his tracks. He looked into the distance. Took a breath and said.
"The shops won't be opened."
And walked away.
I called out for him, "BROTHER, they are open."
But he kept walking on.
