As someone who grew up watching Dance Moms, getting to see Nia’s pov was super interesting and very eye opening!! I loved that she held nothing back & was standing on business.

At the same time, her writing felt like she needed prove herself. Some of the chapters felt more like a college scholarship essay, rather than a memoir. I just wished that she knew she didn’t need to prove anything to us!!
