also the jumping back and forth between narratives is a bit ? like it is hard to keep up. which is silly because the reader will probably always know that at one point all narratives will connect to each other but somehow back and forth is so much that when they DO connect you might as well miss it

and it feels like you can HEAR him sigh while writing. as if he's speaking and not actually writing. he's recalling an account, sighing with a wave of his hand
