Solal's monologue is proof of how much men hate themselves. I really liked the chapter, not because I agree with everything said, but for how raw it is. Solal's truth is the reality for many. A reality forced upon us ( the girls, the gays, and the heys) and perpetuated by the patriarchy. To men's surprise, the patriarchal system hurts them as much as it hurts any living creature on our planet.

An old lady saw me reading the book on a bench under the sun and said that this book taught her how to make tea. When I told her I'm interested in seeing how Ariane will manage to hide her relationship with Solal from her husband she said "I forgot she was even married" and if that doesn't show how useless Adrien is idk what will.

Au début, j’ai pas trop kiffé. Mais, ça y est, je commence à m’y intéréssé. Par contre, le style d’écriture reste un peu bizarre.
