The tension b/w Tristan, Isolde, and Mark works well, and Simone writes longing beautifully. Still, there are small continuity gaps. Isolde sometimes seems aware of things only revealed in Tristan’s internal thoughts.

Mark is more frustrating. He focuses on bitterness even when the possibility of the 3 of them being together is right there.

Despite that, the dynamic keeps me curious enough to finish the trilogy.
