Part one done.. this better be the shift from depressing to spooky with this last scene because I have a strict no depressing books policy and the writing is so good that I am deeply upset

I've been on this waiting list on Libby for probably 4 months. Hoping it delivers! So far it started off unexpectedly- writing is good- but I am depressed - nonetheless seems like it'll be spooky 😊
