Never have I felt someone rip me out of immersion so hard, and I’ve never really felt particularly immersed in this book to begin with. They’re asking questions for their personal lives, why would they ask this.

Did I need to know one of the characters has a mirror on the roof above their bed?

I recognize the book is aging, so there will be some references I don’t understand as a younger person. But dear god. Every page I read is one page closer I get to reading something fun and within my complete comprehension.

I’m back in the building again

First time I’ve smiled while reading the book, and it even included a laugh!
