This book is well worth following throughout the entire liturgical year. Diana Butler Bass is not Catholic, but like many denominations, hers has followed the liturgical year throughout her life. Her readings, usually once a week are rich in history, Biblical text, and insights that enrich your Christian life. I have been completely affected by her Lenten and Holy Week accounts and observations.
