Really loving this still! I have found a few other errors which is sad, but once again doesn't take me away from the story at all so I don't mind :)

Anyway I'm really liking this so far. I've seen at least like 2 typos/errors (one misplaced quotation mark, an "it's" when it should have been its", and possibly more that I forgot about?), and I definitely understand what people were saying about her using too many "sophisticated words", but none of that has been taking me out of the story much/at all, so I'm still loving this :)

Anyone else who bought this book the day after it came out, super excited to read it, but forced yourself to save it for your beach trip because the vibes would be impeccable, and then when you were sprinting to the gate to make a super tight connecting flight (we just barely made it 🎉) it fell out of your backpack and you didnt notice until you got on the plane and then you had to buy a new copy?

While I don’t rate books considering the errors (I rate the author’s book not the publisher/editors work), I still find it extremely annoying they happen so often in a professionally published book.

ooh wait I'm so curious what you found! I was looking for things throughout but didn't catch much. 🤷♀️

There was an it's that should have been an its, there was a quotation mark in the middle of someone's dialogue (like "I'm going "to the beach later". Not that exact sentence obviously but that's how the quotation mark was misplaced. There was also a part where she (Blair) mentioned growing up in Seabrook for 18 years, but prior to that she had said that her and her mom moved to Seabrook when she was around 4 and a half. So how'd she grow up there for 18 years? Although I guess she could mean that she'd visited it in the past, idk 🤷♀️
I feel like there were more but I don't remember so they definitely weren't too big
But don't get me wrong, this book is still really amazing! I just wish there weren't so many typos, but it's also her first book so I'm cutting her lots of slack
