Why does the main male character have to sound like a sex obsessed jerk and the language used with his pov is just so annoying. 7% in and this book is about to give the trope of a innocent proper lady and a “bad boy” who is technically a male “hoe”, teach the good girl self confidence. I don’t know, I just hate this vibe.

And the main guy’s best friend is someone he used to sleep with, and the ex-wife didn’t like that or want her daughter around it, which makes total sense. But he calls it “petty jealousy.” How would he like it if his ex-wife had a best friend she used to sleep with and kept them close? Jesus, that’s so disgusting. I already hate the male lead.
