If this doesn't get noticeably better by about page 160 I'm DNFing this. How on EARTH does this unbelievably boring, badly written, derivative book have such a high average rating on Goodreads? Absolute slop so far, just holding out for it to go up a gear, but I'm running out of patience with it.
