Please make it end soon. Colorism for dummies. Why the premise is explained very clearly by Anita but then 50% is Roquel slowly discovering the same idea that us the readers were already introduced to. Doesn’t have the “see how the cycle continues?” energy that I think the author intended. Instead it feels like she’s holding on hands through the concept as if it wasn’t clear the first time. Really annoying.
