“Nick Cutter” fundamentally misunderstands that the entire point of a submarine is that the pressure inside is constant and the same as sea level and any external pressure changes should not under any circumstances make passenger’s eyes bleed. Surely someone would have caught this. Truly insane writing.

The science errors are getting so egregious I’ve started keeping a list. What do you mean they feel the pressure changes inside the submarine?!

It is so hard to get into a book when it immediately bogs the main plot down with backstory.
