Okay, I’ve read quite a few Berry books and I’ve enjoyed them all.
I’m 14% in and we have an “autism expert” brought in by the cops who isn’t familiar with what a CASA volunteer is, and this is her first “case” despite being a mother to a child with autism and an “expert” for years? Why is she brought in?
Also why are we describing a 6’+ boy hiding UNDER a sofa?
