Continuity error: Sozin apparently discovered the secret to lightning bending in Wan Shi Tong’s library, and a technique on how to redirect lightning. But in Avatar: The last Airbender, it was General Iroh that invented the technique on lighting redirecting from studying waterbenders. This almost feels like the writer is just throwing in a reference to the last airbender without understanding the lore first
