No literally I found this book kinda brutal. Like I never found myself itching to read more. I personally think the second is much more enjoyable but a lot of ppl prefer the first one out of the series. Not me

Same, I also just really don’t like Hunt at all
I’m finding it hard to not picture everyone as zootopia characters but the graphic audiobook is fun, would recommend

I read these while pregnant and was convincing myself the whole CC series was a pregnancy aversion
Just get to book 2 and you will be so glad you forced yourself!!!! It gets so much better each book!
once you get to the last chapter of book 2 it will all be worth it - trust
i haven’t finished the second CC for this exact same reason
