I like how they manage to make a character you barely know haunt the narrative. Maybe I’m biased but this book manages to do it really well despite never really getting to know the character. I guess that’s what makes it so tragic in its own way? The fact we could’ve known so much about this character but they never give us that chance?? IM YAPPIN!!! Anyways I need to eat and touch grass ☝️🤓✨

I read this book a few years ago when I was still in high school and I’ve decided to reread it (because I got lazy and never read the sequels LMAO). I forgot how snarky Sage is but I’m LIVING for it <3
