Okay I’m hooked. HOWEVER the similes: ‘melted like mint’, and, ‘dissolved like a sugar cube’ shouldn’t be included on the same page … you also don’t need to explain that a mint melting on the tongue is ‘hardness relearning softness’. But what do I know, Ms Kirk would only give me a B for my English Lit A-level.
