Reading this book for school. I literally cannot form an opinion on it. I feel like nothing is happening and the author is just rambling about nothing. I’m a third into the book and all I’ve gathered is that the village thinks Cristina has the evil eye and they all avoid her and spread rumours and tell her to go see the priest. There’s also something weird going on with Mario too? Idk, I don’t like it.
