I love his Harry Hole novels. I actually did my dissertation on him; it was a sort of Nordic/french noir crossover analysis 😁 This one I loved slightly less, but it was still a good pot-boiler!
Ohhh, that sounds super interesting! I do feel that his Harry Hole novels have improved over time and some of the recent ones I've read have been very gripping!
