Luck happens when you are prepared
Try new things - don’t be a know it all
Negative thinking - always be prepared for it
Everyone is a quick learning at first but continue to be a learner
Watch your back and listen
Get people to respect you
Hire: hard working, loyal, like a challenge, and willing to learn
Set high standards and give some people a 2nd chance
You can learn something if you don’t know it or hire an expert
Lions kill for food, humans kill for sport
When someone hits you, hit them harder
