I'm so mad that missed the foreshadowing for Charlotte before the battle royale in my first reread
Also I'm realising now that I missed a lot of things about Charlotte, like how she's a year older than Amari, and thats why we haven't seen her until now. Or how "her father who was killed in action" was her bio father and not Magnus.

Opened this book and immediately started shaking violently like a chihuaua.
I did not know I needed Amari with braids and glasses until now
Also, I was so worried that Anya would behead Amari or something after they tied in that race omfg. In my defence, that's what anyone at the Bureau would do
Also comeback of "The Red Lady"??? We haven't heard that nickname since book 1!!
