Damn macarius ugh. Also how in the world do you pronounce Halcyon (I keep saying alsicone in my head lol)

Finally found time and motivation to read and once I started I couldn’t stop and read for hours. This is not the most captivating book I have ever read but it’s got me hooked and curious to keep going. It feels a little not as matured for lack of better terminology as the author’s other books.

So far the book is interesting, the names of Halcyon and Evadne are a bit annoying to consistently read over and over again and wish they were shortened to Hal and Eva more often. I’m curious where this could go once the trial begins.
