Im about to start Nina's part of the book.
Thoughts on Millie's part(part 1) : Millie seems like a strong character but at face value she is just a gullible child and this is definitely due to her having been incarcerated for so long. She doesn't truly have a grasp on the outside world.
Her relationship with Andrew, in my opinion, has emotions but seems purely physical, so I have a feeling it won't last. Unless...

I understand love is love but how can you live with someone and tolerate these flighty, unhinged, nasty tendencies. Sir, I need you to open your eyes

Being a slow reader and trying to read at work is not the move, but... this book is good so far. I just left off at Nina trying to pass on her old clothes ro Millie.
I can't confirm it yet but Nina feels like a sociopath to me with HEAVY narcissisticistic tendencies.

Now Im translating words... im scared
