Interesting, puts into historical context the history of American isolationism and lean towards authoritarianism and fascism. It relies quite a bit on Richard Hofstadter’s “The Paranoid Style of American Politics” but also Lincoln’s speeches, James Madison’s writings, and a lot of other materials. I look forward to reading more.
