I have yet to read poems l that talked about healing trauma with relatives and/ or our parents. This book had a few poems along those categories that really stood out to me.

I can see where some people may not enjoy this book- as some of the reviews stated that this book had repetitive pages however, I feel that is true, however there is also helpful passages in here that can get ALOT people through some tough times.
