I like this book. I like David Zyla's system. I think my Zyla system is pretty accurate (given I'm an olive that's been typed as a Bright Winter that can wear Bright Spring, a Deep Winter (twice) that can wear Deep Autumn, and a Cool Summer that can wear Cool Winter, getting Dusty Summer seemed to fit with all that; a compromise palette of "Deep Summer" is basically what I work with, with some brights thrown in).

However, while I like the parts about finding your palette, I find the writing based around & talking about colour to be class specific. This is a book written for & about the professional managerial class. Women who soiree, have c-suite business meetings, go to 'events', & have the budget to allow purchases of nothing but the finest fabrics. This does not cater to the class of person who wears a uniform to work.
