This is big on the romance & lacking plot—very little focus on the fantasy aspect as well. Im more of a fantasy/less romance type. I need a plot. If you are wanting a romance novel that’s low on fantasy, this is the book for you. Lots of the cliches & tropes so far with very cringe dialogue.

Ok the dialogue in this book is so cringe, & the trope of the FMC immediately becoming a badass after essentially doing nothing her first 18 years of life except develop an eating disorder b/c of her mom has me rolling my eyes every 5 minutes. The grumpy/sunshine trope has not been done well. This plot/story be better.
