Wow ok this is an amazing book. The world building is simply extraordinary, so nuanced and it so feeds into the whole narrative. The dynamics between characters is also amazing. The whole thing with Priya thinking that her bro is dead and then the ashok chapters reveal that he isn’t oh my freaking god. AND THEN WHEN SHE SEES THE PRINCESS AAAAA
